To assist, encourage and promote the well being of Aging individuals, regardless of race, color or creed, through any one of the following means the care and assistance of the sick, needy and disabled, including the operation of health care facilities, the promotion of public health and recreation, the advancement of education and dissemination of knowledge, the futherance of research for the advancement of knowledge and the alleviation of suffering in 2018 the organization sold its only nursing home facility in Gainesville florida including of the tangible assets. The only remaining asset is land. The land was sold in 2021 and will be reported on the 2021 u.s. Return. The organization had no transactions during the current tax year.
