Agriculture leadership activities the roane county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month.

Public policy programs in order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the roane co farm bureau through its structure of volunteer leaders supports public policy efforts at the local, state & national level.

Youth leadership development the roane county farm bureau supports youth ag organizations both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a primary sponsor of the roane county 4-h foundation and they also give a schlorship to a 4-h member who plans on majoring in agriculture.
