Agriculture leadership activities the putnam county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month.

Youth leadership development the putnam county farm bureau supports youth ag agriculture both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a primary sponsor of the putnam county 4-h organization where they budget a set amount of money yearly for the 4-h.
