Agriculture leadership activities the jefferson county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month.

Public policy programs in order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the jefferson co farm bureau through its structure of volunteer leaders supports public policy efforts at the local, state & national level.

Youth leadership development jefferson county farm bureau supports youth agriculture leadership activities both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization puts on a farm day where about 400 elementary age children get to visit a working farm and see what goes on daily on a farm.
