Fiscal Sponsorship. OSW's fiscal sponsorship program provides management support to mission driven groups aligned with OSW's vision and program goals. OSW manages project finance and provides administrative support for a variety of individual projects related to OSW's mission.

Community cooperative support. OSW supports the cooperative efforts of land and food centric enterprises and the workers involved. The organization supports the synergistic goals of different stakeholder groups by helping to coordinate shared labor, shared markets, and other resources that can be leveraged for broad community impact.

Education, skills building, and training for job and economic development. OSW's historical mission has been to build leadership within the community by teaching and training valuable skills to individuals in the community to support growth of whole-person health, sustainable housing, and education.
