In conjunction with rocky mountain power, continuing to make a catalytic 100-ACRE community redevelopment in salt lake city's under-resourced west side.

Continued work on developing 66 units of supportive housing in tooele, utah, as well as an adjacent community resource center, daycare, soup kitchen and shelter.

Advocacy

Giv communities created a new model for lihtc affordable projects that share the majority of all financial benefits of such properties with the low / moderate income residents that reside within them. This effort helped lead to the creation of a new nonprofit specifically chartered for that task: perpetual housing fund.
