Orphan care orphan voice operates promise house group home (vietnam), a facility that cares for 25 children who were formerly living in destitution, who had been abandonment, or abuse. Care covers housing, food, medical care, education, tutoring assistance, and recreation.

Special needs ministry in 2024, hope therapy center and phu ninh therapy center (vietnam) served 57 children and their families and provided 4,628 therapy sessions. Hope therapy center also provided 605 special education classes.
