Medical / Dental Clinics

The Turning Points Health Center is a community-based nonprofit clinic offering access to FREE, high-quality, compassionate medical, dental, and pharmacy services. To qualify for services, individuals must be 18-64 years of age, income-qualified, uninsured, and residents of Manatee County.

Transitional Development Program

In Fiscal Year 2024-2025, Turning Points provided nearly $2 million in housing and utility assistance to individuals and families. While we assist those currently experiencing homelessness, our primary focus is on helping individuals and families remain stably housed.

Day Resource Center

The Day Resource Center offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to meet their basic needs. Clients have access to hot showers, clean clothing, shoes, laundry services, restrooms, telephones, and a computer lab.
