Fra is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting Florida professionals and volunteers in community revitalization efforts. With its mission of transforming spaces, revitalizing places, fra is committed to providing a forum for its more than 300 members to share knowledge and common experiences regarding revitalization opportunities and issues throughout Florida. Fra encourages adoption of legal and financial tools and programs favorable to community growth and serves as a statewide clearinghouse for Redevelopment information.

The academy is a unique educational program, designed to promote a prerequisite level of knowledge and professionalism in the field of community redevelopment. The courses are open to anyone interested in learning more about redevelopment practice in florida.

Annual Conference

The 2022 conference was held in daytona beach. The conference provided opportunities for attendees to earn ce credits for professional certifications with the aicp, iedc, and the florida bar. Sessions were offered on a variety of topics involving florida redevelopment.
