The chi phi educational trust maintains funds that are restricted to support individuals from a particular chi phi chapter or who meet donor-designated criteria. These funds provided 66 scholarships to support higher education in north america. In addition, these funds provided over 3,000 square feet in educational housing space.

The chi phi educational trust helped build better men and position students for success by providing 35 academic scholarships. These scholarships are available to over 2,000 students. The trust also awarded educational grants to train 47 chapter presidents and 46 new member educators at the chi phi alphas & thetas academy.

The chi phi educational trust publishes several educational publications on an annual basis; a training guide to 500 new students, an instructor's manual for educators and facilitators and portion of the chakett magazine which is distributed twice per year to more than 25,000 people for informational and instructional purposes.
