Actively monitor the canoochee and ogeechee rivers and streams, respond to citizen complaints and conduct premit reviews. Public EDUCATION/OUTREACH - educate communities on the importance of clean water throuh presentations, cleanup and citizen monitoring. 15 hours per week for program
