Annual banquet with a speaker where OnBoard presents an annual award to highlight a woman role model in the boardroom and in the pipeline and where OnBoard presents the results of its Annual Study on women in the boardroom and executive leadership of Georgia public companies.

The OnBoard Accelerator classes take a cohort of qualified women and help them get closer to their goal of serving on a for-profit board. With a focus on personal marketing skills the course prepares each woman for the board interview process ensuring that she can clearly articulate the value she brings to the table.
