Assist citizens with sick, injured, abandoned, and orphaned animals. To ensure every animal adopted is spayed and neutered and given all vaccinations. Rescuing cats and dogs from shelters before they are put to death. Animals rescued in 2022: 109 dogs, 135 cats. Assisted 11 citizens with veterinary care and food for pets.

Educate the public in the responsibilities of pet ownership, animal care, welfare, and control. To bring public awareness to the tragic number of cats and dogs being put to death each year. There were 6 educational activities held in 2022 including orientations and tours.
