Where the work happens
MemoryCare provides community-based outpatient services using an integrated model of care for people with dementia and that includes families throughout their care. For 25 years we have provided the highest quality care using a model that integrates family support and structured education with the most current and best practice medical…
Our caregiver support services include peer support groups offered weekly in a virtual setting. In 2025 MemoryCare increased the offering of these services by adding a weekly evening support group to further opportunities for caregivers to connect with their peers.
Our educational programming is designed to offer information about dementia and dementia related topics, caregiving, and aging-related health issues. We also strive to teach professional health students and providers on these topics to better equip our healthcare workforce with knowledge related to dementia and supporting caregivers.
