Rapid re-housing services is one of the most effective ways to move homeless households and those experiencing violence to permanent housing and economic stability. Rapid re-housing places a priority on moving residents quickly to their own housing using a variety of strategies.

The anti-human trafficking services provide emergency housing and resources to people that have been sex and labor trafficked in hampton roads. In collaboration with the hampton roads human trafficking task force, samaritan house, and the attorney general's office work along side federal, state and local law enforcement to initiate…

Domestic violence services are provided in a variety of ways. Victims can be referred through a 24-HOUR hotline, walk-in at our outreach center, or see a victim advocate at the virginia beach domestic relations court and the detective bureau at the 1ST precinct. Staff are co-located in each of these areas daily to assist victims.
