Rapid re-housing services is one of the most effective ways to move homeless households and those experiencing violence to permanent housing and economic stability. Rapid re-housing places a priority on moving residents quickly to their own housing using a variety of strategies.

Domestic violence services are provided in a variety of ways. Victims can be referred through a 24-HOUR hotline, walk-in at our outreach center, or see a victim advocate at the virginia beach domestic relations court and the detective bureau at the 1ST precinct. Staff are co-located in each of these areas daily to assist victims.
