Targeted case management services provides case management to individuals with a mental health diagnosis. The goal of this program is to assist individuals through advocacy, education, connection with community resources and compliance with mental health care to optimize their quality of daily living.

Child & adolescent mental health care coordination program (MHCC) supports children and youth between the ages of birth through eighteen. MHCC can be provided in the school and at home to incorporate a "team support system" for the youth.
