Holiday Programs

Link provided 1,213 families (7,835 individuals) food, a toy for their children (age newborn - 14) and a grocery gift card. Over 55,027 pounds of food and $66,890 in grocery gift certificates were distributed.

Emergency Food Assistance

Link volunteers made 3474 deliveries, providing 312,660 pounds of food for 17,612 people; $84,610 in grocery gift certificates was also included with these deliveries. Each qualifying family is given about three to five days' supply of non-perishable food and a certificate to purchase perishable food.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is provided to qualified people in the herndon, sterling, and ashburn communities for home utilities including water, electric, and gas, as well as rent. Link provided $23,530 to 71 families for rent and utilities in 2020.
