Head start & early head start programs head start provides family-centered services to low-income families with children from ages three to five. Head start promotes the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth of the young children as well as supports parents' roles as primary caregivers and educators.

Early INTERVENTION/PART c program serves children who are birth to three years of age and have developmental delays or disabilities. The program provides families with information, support, and services they need to encourage their child's development. Children enrolled often have complex needs including health imprairments.
