Family Homelessness Prevention Program-Everyone Home DC provided housing stabilization services to 660 families at imminent risk of homelessness, including 892 adults and 892 children. 147 families secured their very own apartments with the help of our Prevention Program staff.

Street Outreach-Served 202 homeless individuals through 1060 engagements.-Helped 10 chronically homeless individuals move into their own housing.-Our Homeless Assistance Response Team (HART) deployed 12 times and had 171 engagements with homeless neighbors.
