Promotes and carries out programs aimed at ensuring preschool children have someone to read to them on a regular BASIS.READ aloud partners with 88 childcare centers, 2 clinics and 2 PRISONS.IN the past year, 400 volunteers conducted approximately 57,845 individual reading sessions for delaware's children.
