Extraordinary Lives Foundation ELF offers two signature program. The Childrens Emotional Wellness CHEW Program is designed for children ages 3 to 7 and equips educators and caregivers with practical tools to help children build emotional intelligence, strengthen emotional regulation, foster resilience, and develop healthy relationships.
