Member Services

Volunteers assist to help members continue to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. This includes grocery and prescription pickup, as well as help with basic occasional chores such as yard work, moving furniture, jump-starting a car battery, or computer and other technical help, etc.

Transportation

Provide transportation through volunteers to medical and other critical appointments and errands, an especially important service in a rural county where there is no public transportation. This includes rides for surgery, physical therapy, cardiologist, dentist, audiologist, etc.

Social Programs

Social isolation can be a problem among seniors especially in rural areas. Rapp at home provides a robust schedule of member-run social activities that help keep seniors physically active, socially connected and engaged in new learning opportunities.
