Community Activities

H&NP currently hosts 12 monthly, peer-led social support meetings - five virtual, and seven in-person at different locations throughout our service region - reaching a total monthly average of 75+ members.

H&NP's Care Pack, Adaptive Water Bottle, and youth mentoring programs positively impact health outcomes and quality of life by introducing newly injured/diagnosed individuals and their families to our community of support.

Annual Paralysis Meetup & Resource Expo

H&NP's Annual Meetup and Resource Expo brings in more than 150 individuals with spinal cord injuries and mobility disabilities and their families for a two-day event that fosters peer-to-peer interactions and connects our membership with the rich resources, sports and recreational opportunities in our region.
