Online Anchor Program (brave)
The brave retreat (breathwork recalibration and veteran empowerment) was adapted to be fully online during covid. This year, brave will be a combination of in-person and online. Brave combines a 5-DAY intensive in-person retreat with a 15-WEEK online practice period and a 3-DAY in-person closing ceremony.
