The Foundation offered a series of short-form courses covering basic finance, marketing, and business fundamentals. These courses provided accessible education in Spanish to help small business owners improve financial literacy, develop marketing strategies, and strengthen operations.

The Business Challenge was a 12-week change management program that guided small businesses through structured training and mentorship. At the annual Business Breakfast, one business demonstrating significant transformation was awarded $5,000 in recognition of their progress.
