Summary of the Filing
Where the work happens
Spin partnered with other non-profits and the city of seattle to provide stem enrichment classes to students at local elementary and middle schools. Spin provided services to approximately 600 students of color and underserved students.
With public funding through king county, the program spin girls continues to build leadership skills and provide immersive stem experiences specifically for girls of color. The initial class was provided to 65 8TH, 9TH and 10TH grade girls and also paired them with professionals of color as mentors.
