HOSCO is a community partner that provides diabetic friendly and renal and heart healthy meals to senior buildings for municipal partners. We also provide diabetic meals through our Food is Medicine Program to hospital outpatients and work with healthcrae partners to improve the health of outpatients to lower their A1C blood sugar levels.
