CBF'S cancer nutrition services and related nourishing hope trial activities represent the organization's largest programmatic expense in FY25. This program provides various personalized services, including hospital based produce, home-delievered medically tailored grocery packages, and oncology dietitian counseling.

The christine b foundation received 10,000 from the maine cancer foundation to provide cancer patients with direct financial aid. CBF opened an application process for financial aid requests via mail, phone, and online (max of 500/INDIVIDUAL), for patients with cancer living in piscataquis and penobscot county.
