Imi pono no ka aina is an environmental education and outreach program that reached 4,267 via student enrichment activities, native hawaiian forest restoration service-learning trips, and education and outreach at community events.

Hawaii nei is an annual juried art exhibition to promote and feature native species of hawaii island. The exhibition features work from elementary students to renowned local artists and is open for public viewing for one and half months in november and december.
