The Kupuna Support Navigator Program is dedicated to helping our Kupuna live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes as they age. Through personalized guidance and coordinated support, the program connects Kupuna with essential medical care, nutritious food access, personal care services, and reliable transportation.
The Atherton Foundation Grant provided critical support to expand our Food Security Program and strengthen our Invasive Species Program.
