Bluegrass youth ballet conducted high quality dance education in classical ballet and contemporary dance classes during the spring and fall semesters for ages three-adult. The student body is comprised of families in various income levels and ethnicities (caucasian 71%, african american 5%, hispanic 9%, asian 9%, OTHER/MULTI racial 6%)

Bluegrass youth ballet held three performances during the fiscal year. Each performance was repeated three-four times. There was a fall performance of dia de los muertos, a winter performance of the nutcracker in one act, and in the spring, a 20TH anniversary of byb celebration was held with a performance of art rapsody.

Bluegrass youth ballet offered a variety of summer dance and arts education opportunities for students including summer ballet intensives, classes and art classes. Classes and intensives were often taught by established, well known guest teachers from around the nation.
