Goodwill operates 18 retail stores open to the public in omaha (10), fremont (1), blair (1), gretna (1), bellevue (1), papillion (2), elkhorn (1), and council bluffs, ia (1). The general public donates clothing, furniture and household goods to goodwill.

Goodwill provides educational and career services, job placement and post-employment support to individuals with disabilities and other challenges to employment so they can find and keep jobs. Individuals receive training and education, work experience, employment placement and follow-up services through these programs.
