In 2024, we collected signatures to put initiatives on the ballot in oh and az to raise the minimum wage and end the subminimum wage for tipped workers. Through the process, we trained and hired nearly 1,000 low wage workers to collect signatures in support of the initiative, and developing their leadership and registering 30,000 workers…
