Aso administrative services organization grant funds were awarded to qualified individuals and families for financial assistance as a last resort for various types of help which include but were not limited to utility assistance rental and deposit assistance employment training etc.

Family service outreach program funds were provided to individuals and families who were not eligible unter the aso guideline grant funds that also give assistance in areas of basic needs career advancement emergency shelter housing and disaster relocation assistance reunification and stablization.
