Cmg builds and leads agile, collaborative, and enduring consortia composed of leading companies and institutions across several verticals, including aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, energy, construction, and healthcare. Leveraging the power of other transaction authority (ota), we connect these consortia with the department of defense (dod) to enable government project sponsors to rapidly find, collaborate and contract with any member company or institution within the cmg Consortium network. In doing so, cmg lessens the burden on government by expanding the industrial base and supply chain available to the dod and providing a pathway for the dod to leverage commercial innovation and investments in technology required to accelerate delivery of new capabilities to the warfighter.
