Summer camp program compasspoint mentorships summer camp program in san jose transforms youth trajectories through innovative outdoor, leadership development, and stem education. We serve over 300 including providing full scholarships to over 50 underserved youth each year including transportation and daily lunch.

Committee programs the youth committee at compasspoint mentorship leads student-driven committees and special projects that build leadership, civic responsibility, and career readiness. Current committees include data science for social justice, sustainability, public art, history and culture, and wellness.
