Low cost spay and neuter program to address over population of dogs and cats leading to euthanasia in shelters.

The trap, neuter, and return program uses volunteers and others to feed feral cats. They are trapped, spayed or neutered, and then returned to their area by RCSPCA. Thousands of cats have been altered

The rescue program helps to pull animals from the shelters that are at risk of euthanasia due to lack of space. These animals are then transported to facilities that have space, fosters, or adopted out.
