Affordable Rental Housing

The five single family residential properties we lease out surround the acp campus, and are designed to help stabilize the jennings 4TH ward community and improve the quality of life for our tenants. Our tenants include single fathers and single mothers who are the primary caregivers for their families.

A caring plus foundation provides quality, safe, affordable housing for seniors and families that enhances their overall quality of life. Our affordable housing program allows people in underserved communities the opportunity to realize their dream of becoming home owners.

The a caring plus, inc. Senior independent living program (silp) is one of four silp's in missouri, funded in large part by the department of health and senior services, division of senior and disability services. The goal of the silp program is to help seniors age 60 and older age safely within their homes.
