Product Donations

4,991 books for adults and children were donated in 2023. Additionally, the sounds true foundation provides free registrations for online courses to support those experiencing financial hardship. A total of 1,546 full scholarships to online courses were granted to help individuals in their transformational journey.

In-person and virtual youth outreach continued with the stay woke, give back tour, reaching more than 40 school districts and 18,500 individuals since the project's inception. Additionally, more than 5,000 individuals have now received complimentary access to the mindfulnessbased mind fitness training course for first responders…

Provided 103 scholarships to train mindfulness facilitators and community leaders to work in spaces affected by trauma, poverty, and social injustice.
