Training Mindful Champions

We fully funded 10 scholarships for social leaders to become certified mindfulness teachers in areas such as prison ministry, hospice care, mental health, and environmental activism.

Meaningful Partnerships

We made over 3,800 sounds true books and learning programs available to partner organizations that are serving communities in need, free of charge. Also, in 2019 the sounds true foundation awarded the first $5,000 community grant for a mindfulness based retreat to support 25 black mindfulness teachers of african descent.
