Peace Memorial Park

In 2019, lloyd ecodistrict reached out to the locat chapter of the veterans for peace organization to collaborate on revitalizing the peace memorial park in the lloyd neighborhood to tie together the messages of peace and pollinator protection.

Pollinator Placemaking

In the spring of 2016, lloyd ecodistrict, in partnership with go lloyd, city repair, and portland parks and recreation, began the first phase of a pollinator corridor. A pollinator corridor is a social sculpture that combines ecology, community engagement, and design.

Right 2 Dream Too (r2dtoo)

R2DTOO is a rest area in the city of portland that serves the houseless community on a termporary basis. Their mission is to provide a safe place for people to sleep undisturbed. R2DTOO relocated to the lloyd neighborhood in 2017.
