The innovative schools network (isn) organized coaching and professional development to schools. The isn has a resource sharing system that includes significant use of a statewide video network for close collaboration and continuous improvement.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual innovative schools network's conference on educational innovation was cancelled. This event normally draws 300 educators from across the state. The educators share best practices while collaborating and learning from one another.
