To provide low income housing for the elderly in 31 units under the national housing act regulated by hud. The project's occupancy rate in 2024 and 2023 was 99.43% and 98.92%, RESPECTIVELY.LSS income-based senior living communities serve older adults (62+) with limited or restricted resources.
