Cleaning, Maintenance and Safety

OAA employees perform street cleaning, maintenance, and safety work. Street cleaning includes sweeping sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, pressure wash sidewalks and Muni-boarding islands, straightening newspaper racks, and report incidents to 311.

Marketing & Beautification Program

OAA promotes vibrancy and economic activity in the District by producing and promoting various community activities including concerts, art shows, block parties, Wine Woof Wednesday, Super Mercado Saturday, Health & Wellness Expos. Venues include public spaces, the OAA store-front office, or participating restaurants or retail stores.
