Yoga and meditation books are widely distributed to offer accessible tools for individuals to delve into transformative practices, nuturing personal growth, fostering community and preserving timeless wisdom for self discovery, stress management and inner peace.
Vedic Academy imparts similar value based education for kids across all ages. Its primarily held on weekends and online. This prgram reaches around 100 kids and has 15 volunteers as teachers. The kdis also engage in cultural activities by performing music and performing arts at old age homes.
Corporate/University Campus Outreach Programs
Pacific Learning Alliance (PLA) conducs a Corporate Outreach Program to meet the need for individual well-being in corporate living & also including University campuses. Outreach programs are conducted onsite in several reputed companies in the Bay Area as well as through online sessions.
