Fear 2 freedom's hour 2 empower is a 60-90 minute event where education and service meet. The first half of the event includes an educational slide SHOW/VIDEO presentation along with a speaker whose life has been impacted by sexual violence.

The F2F kit distribution program provides compassionate care kits to survivors of sexual violence. Each F2F kit has a valuable impact on three people in three different audiences. First, the volunteer who assembles the F2F kit. Second, the counselor or nurse who provides the F2F kit to the survivor.
