Students, teachers, administrators, staff members and district personnel learn conflict resolution skills and restorative practices, where everyone involved in harm works together to solve constructively and healthfully.

Incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people are taught skills for conflict resolution to help them build successful relationships with family members, coworkers and community members. Restorataive justice processes assist people reentering the community to find the support and services they need to avoid re-offending.
