The Midwest Poultry Consortium's Center of Excellence (COE) Program offers strong research-based poultry science education in a welcoming, friendly environment. Faculty and industry members throughout the participating states collaborate to provide students with a unique educational experience.

The Midwest Poultry Consortium's Research Program was created to effectively address research needs of the poultry industry through a competitive process. The goal was to improve efficiency and sustainability of poultry production through integrated, collaborative research and technology transfer.
