In-Home Disability Support / Waivered Services
Programming is offered to children and adults with developmental disabilities who have a DD, cadi, cac, or tbi waiver. It focuses on development of life skills in the home and community of every client. Services may include in-home support, hourly respite, overnight respite, person-centered goals, and flexible case management.
